SKOPJE CREATIVE HUB at EuropeanLab&Nuits Sonores

We were invited to present our project SKOPJE CREATIVE HUB at this year’s EUROPEAN LAB forum & NUITS SONORES festival in Lyon. At this occasion we also presented our recently published book about the project and presented the concept behind the graphic design. At the same time our poster was selected and exhibited in the main hall. The project raised great interest and reaction from the audience, especially because of the relevance of the work in relation to the current socio-political situation in Macedonia and the region. It was a great opportunity to present our work to a wider European audience, to meet wonderful people and to talk about fresh ideas and new collaborations.

Besides the comprehensive program of the EuropeanLab, the organisers combined the conference with the Nuits Sonores digital arts festival which expanded the scope of the forum and experimented with current tendencies. The content ranged from live concerts, audio/visual performances, culinary events and rooftop parties in the famous La Sucrière and Confluence Lyon area to an amazing performance of Nan Goldin in the Lyon Opera.
